Black Tea Extract
Oxidation from moisture and oxygen exposure turns green tea leaves to black. The black tea is full of polyphenols and catechins, which is a powerful antioxidant. The antioxidants in black tea may reduce clogged arteries, help lower the risk of heart attack and cardiovascular disease. Black tea also contains a little bit of a stimulating substance called theophylline which may speed up the heart rate.
